Confirmation Emails
 

Q: I didnt seem to receive my confirmation email and any others from you.


A: We constantly email our customers and some people may have spam filters set up in their email settings so please always check your Junk or Spam folders as they may be there.

A: You can advise, comment or ask other members a question about our products. You can also read what other customers have said before you buy.

Delivery

Q: When can I expect delivery.

A: If your order is received before 12pm then your order will be despatched the same day and will normally arrive in the UK the next day. Our aim is to deliver in 48 hours but it is not a guarantee and we ask to allow 7 days for it to arrive.

It also depends on the time of year and also any backlogs due to increased orders. Please note, We do not delivery to the U.S or Canada. These options will not be available at the Checkout.

A: All our products have been fully tested and are from a genuine licensed pharmacy and are of the highest quality available.

 

Refunds
 

Missing items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Items which are defective upon arrival must be returned within 7 days in original condition Products purchased may only be returned within 30 days from delivery.


You must notify us by email of your intention return the product('s) and we will issue you with a returns number which you must quote on all paperwork when returning the goods.

Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging. Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition.
